This study mainly uses literature to explore as a research method, through data collection, to understand the past, present and future marketing strategies of non-profit organizations, and to use the relevant modern marketing management theory to analyze their strategic letters and techniques, to make comments and suggestions. There are many ways of cooperation between non-profit organizations, from simple contractual agreements to complex cooperation, from traditional cooperation to today''s delicate relationship of competition and cooperation, and strategic alliances between organizations have become one of the key strategic projects in the operation. Strategic alliances do not necessarily bring benefits to the organization, but they can be a conduit for each other to acquire complementary resources or key technologies, or a partnership that can be created to take advantage of each other''s social status and reputation.
