This study concludes that,dependency and Interpersonal Communication for Middle School Students,compared with other stages of education, students have a far-reaching impact. Gradually extending downward in educational reform,and the future society is increasingly demanding multi-specialty nowadays. It is necessary to cultivate students''adaptation to the future from junior high school. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of middle school students in China. For future policy recommendations and educational research. The findings of this study,the junior high school students surveyed. There is a significant correlation between attachment and interpersonal communication. However, there was no significant correlation between attachment and interpersonal communication and career adaptability. The reason may be that there is still a gap between career planning and junior high school students. It needs further study in the future
