The company has achieved a small-scale, high-quality national defense goal, while the national army has experienced a false injection of Xiaobai, Hong case and Xiongsan. After the incident, in the face of a shrinking number of people and a high human rights atmosphere, the national military''s human resources management strategy is bound to be severely tested. How to make the people happy to use "the army" as one of the career options in the future, and to "recruit" more aspiring Youth service depends on the flexibility of the use of human resources management at all levels of the national army, in order to cope with the era of rapid social change. Human resources management has a wide range of influences, such as organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. It can be applied to the human resources management strategy. This study analyzes the literature related to the human resources management of the national army through content analysis. According to the research results, the research on the organizational commitment, work pressure and job satisfaction of the National Army is an important topic for many researchers. If the relevant structure is attached and supplemented by human resources management measures, it is believed that it can be provided.
