Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 107 === The psychological factors of athletes with positive or negative thinking vary from person to person, and will affect key factors of game performance and outcome.In an era of emphasis on creativity, the technical creativity of athletes is one variable worth exploring.The goal of this research is to determine how an athlete''s self-efficacy and self-limitation affect their technical creativity.A questionnaire survey method was used to collect 320 valid data from athletes of various sports teams in the national universities of North, Central, and South Taiwan, which was then examined using structural equation modeling (SEM).The results show that self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on technical creativity; self-limitation has a significant negative impact on self-efficacy; and self-efficacy has a mediating effect on self-limitation and technological creativity.Finally, this study proposes relevant theories and potential best practices based on these results
