There are many benefits to standardizing processes to develop habits, such as: What courses do you teach newcomers? How much time does it take to teach? How to plan the class? How to practice? Course content, slides, teaching tools, class process? All of these are important parts related to the success of newcomers. Acting in the job system, when the employee leaves the company or the employee takes time off, things will not stop or re-explore to do the best, standardization can usually train new recruits, and can also train job agents. So no matter what the situation is, it will not cause a crisis due to excessive tension and overwhelming. After the process is standardized, useless words, pictures, films, processes will be deleted, and the missing parts will be added; the part causing any contradictions and conflicts will be adjusted and improved.
