This research use narrative statistics, regression analysis as statistics core and discuss relationship between「Service quality」、「Satisfaction」and influences to customer’s behavior, analysis result from questionnaire to find out potential customer and realize service quality and satisfaction effect their feeling with beauty industry, result from research :1.「Service quality」 have positive influence to purchase intention. 2.「Satisfaction」 have positive influence to purchase intention.
