The main method is to use a voltage division to read the voltage value. There are two disadvantages for this method. One is when MCU executes ADC conversion, it needs a large number of bits to realize the global reading of the component. The other is that the illumination characteristics are nonlinear, and the direct reading requires a table lookup method to carry out secondary treatment, and it is subject to the external environment temperature and causes a large error, which easy to cause the function misjudgment. In this project, we hope to improve the stability of an unknown sensor of singleinput single-output nonlinear system with exponential characteristics and explore the problem of its output feedback global linearization. We hope to develop a new linearization circuit method, based on the mirror bias method of current mirror feedback, and develop a set of adjustable output stabilized linearizer design with temperature compensation and feedback compensation. Since no relevant reports involving mirror-based biasing have been proposed so far, the technology proposed in this project will be the first of using this method in the literature.
