Actually, it is a sunset industry. In current environment, audio product promotion is weak due to tough economic climate and diversified competition. Many manufacturers face bankruptcy and the market is gradually shrinking. Therefore, sustainable business strategy is the great challenge of the audio industry. The research aims to analyze the current crisis and risks of the home audio market in Taiwan. Meanwhile, it tries to find an optimal competitive strategy to solve the difficulties. Accordingly, this project uses a SWOT Analysis as a research approach to create constructive goals. Furthermore, Analytic Hierarchy Process and Scoring Model are used in the questionnaire to analyze and assess complex strategies. Finally, the research offers an appropriate strategy to influence of home audio system choice based on the research findings.
