In the process of class turnover, non-profit organization workers often find that their own professional ability in business management is too weak, resulting in very limited service results. It often even causes conflicts and energy loss within the organization. In particular, different workers standing in different positions often fail to reach a consensus on the content and service design of the service plan, and even cause conflicts and energy loss caused by different positions among different workers. The internal consumption of the organization has a certain degree of influence on the rights of service users. In order to further understand and explore the various phenomena that have arisen in the process of developing non-profit organizations to develop social enterprises, the researchers have invited individual stakeholders, including workers and service providers, to discuss and share with each other. The understanding and perception of this phenomenon, and trying to find opportunities and challenges in the process of developing social enterprises by non-profit organizations through this research.
