Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 口語傳播學研究所 === 107 === This study aimed to explore what viewpoint implied in Chinese traditional Peking Opera performance from the perspective of rhetoric arts. As the adaptation of Peking Opera "Anti-Jin Army" is based on Han Shi-zhong Biography in Song Dynasty and “Shuang Lie Ji” Legend, which also named “Liang Hong-yu”, efforts are to collect and analyze the fantasy theme of the script of “Liang Hong-yu” play.
The traditional Chinese Peking Opera holds a position of its own. It has been praised by all over the world for its multi-angle performance in the limited space, which absorbs the expertise of various arts in Chinese culture, and becomes a noble, innovative, gorgeous and colorful performing art.
The performance of traditional Chinese Peking Opera has been demonstrated by many experts and scholars, which is part of the vision of language art. Therefore, this study attempts to explain how the performances on the stage of traditional Chinese Peking Opera establish lifelike female characters, which depicting their passion for the nation, and their strong, graceful heroine images, through the perspective of language art. In the end, what fantasy vision of language art Chinese Peking Opera creates.
This study, applying the analysis of "fantasy theme language vision" in language art, explores the legend of “Liang Hong-yu”,which is based on the historical events of Han Shi-zhong and his wife in the Song Dynasty, and focuses on the analysis of the drama performance scripts of “Liang Hong-yu” and compares them with the psychological needs of the times.The focuses of this study are :
1. What kind of fantasy theme, style and language vision are constructed in the story of “Liang Hong-yu” ?
2.How does “Liang Hong-yu”'s dramatic language and art relate to the times ?
In the research it is found that:
1.Liang Hong-yu was initially unknown in historical records, only known as "Liang Shi", or Mrs Liang. Later, the history gradually changed it to "Liang Hong-yu" and highlighted her heroine status.
2.The language art of "Liang Hong-yu" includes the creation of novels, the story-telling in the “Warser”, or croakery house and the creation of local operas.
3.In the 1920-30s, when Janpan invaded China, Mei Lan-fang, a modern Peking Opera artist, took Liang Hong-yu to strongly advocate "Resistance to Japan" movement. After 1949 in Taiwan, this play strengthened the association between Liang Hong-yu and social psychology needs.
As document shows,in the historical record of Han Shi-zhong resisting Jin Army, his wife Liang has few records. However, due to the social needs of the past dynasties, "language art” of drama in particular, the following period of history echoes the psychological needs of the times, and constantly adds content, enhancing the tension of language art, which makes the drama more exquisite and popular.
Through the analysis of "Liang Hong-yu” fantasy theme, it highlights that the drama can meet the needs of the changing times, use of drama language to guide the social psychological needs, and it also point out that language art and content can be more soothing and inspiring.
