The present study investigated ten bank employees, without considering their business types and length of service, mainly using a qualitative research method to conduct interviews with ten bank employees. Four supervisors and six non-supervisors were engaged in in-depth interviews. The research findings were presented as an analysis as follows: First, the influencing factor of leisure attitude was derived from workforce retrenchment. Labor shortage in the bank industry has led to a heavier workload and longer working hours for bank employees. This has led to less time for leisure activities. A majority of bank employees prefer to join activities on days of annual leave, weekends or national holidays, than arranging specific activities on other days. The length of the workday and individual workloads usually cannot be predicted. However, whether they are married or not, all of these employees have a habit of planning vacation for a longer period of time, or organizing activities to spend quality time with their family members, while reducing work-related stress and mental fatigue at the same time. Second, the influencing factor of leisure constraints was derived from the employees’ work-related stress and the pressure to hit goals, as rising pressure and stress would led to longer hours at work, so they often cannot join in family or friends’ leisure activities. Ultimately this leads to a long-term fatigue and bottled-up mental and emotional stress of bank employees CHANG, CHU-FU 張朝服 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 101 zh-TW |
