The emergence, even the dynamics of competitors, the discovery of potential customers, can find important information from social media. This study uses Market Insights in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to combine customer engagement and try to search for topics from different fields. And confirmed that this system can be used by users in different fields, from the search settings to set keywords that want to capture social media, and through the system to analyze the often appearing phrases and positive and negative indicators, through this system to obtain the public in the community The idea of focusing on the issues of concern to them in the group media is aimed at being closer to the public's ideas.
