In this regard, we take A Co. for instance, who a well-known successful case, as a case study from the perspective of practical research. Buy this study, we find that in the process of organizational thawing, moving and re-freezing, the case has carried out different tasks, technologies, personnel and structural adjustment in accordance with the external environment and market demand. From Taiwan to the mainland of China, and then to Japan, Malaysia and Singapore, the case has undergone three organizational changes. The scale has changed from small to beautiful, and the position of change has changed gradually, from passive to active expansion of overseas markets. It has even prepared for future cross-domain and cross-industry transformation. Therefore, this paper finally proposes short, medium and long-term organizational changes for the future internationalization and global market layout of this case. Suggestions for leather development are for reference.
