We take a big Taiwan-funded multinational enterprise in mainland China for instance, and explores the human resources recruitment mode and management measures of the enterprise by different process, and puts forward relevant modification suggestions. We find that in the process of human recruitment management, besides bringing job seekers'motivation, objectives, job perception and willingness into consideration, it is also necessary to enhance flexibility and flexibility through static information transmission and dynamic dialogue and communication. At the same time, it can simulate interactive design towards diversified situations, and combine the mode of industry-university cooperation with the mode of industry-university cooperation.
