Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 企業管理研究所(含碩專班) === 107 === In recent years, the government has actively promoted innovation in domestic manufacturing services, and many companies that have started manufacturing have begun to pay attention to service innovation. The printing industry is highly competitive. In addition to emphasizing the lightness and shortness of the machine, it pays more attention to customer service. Therefore, this study hopes to understand the process and practices of HP's digital photocopying department's service innovation. This study uses the qualitative research method, the research target is the digital photocopying department of Hewlett-Packard Co., through case interviews, to understand the four aspects of HP's digital photocopying department service innovation, including new service concept, new customer interface, new service delivery system and technology selection. The results of the study hope to have practical advice on the printing company.
