The main purpose of the study is understanding the most effective and appropriate disaster rescue communication strategy for armed forces. The study collected the data from Opview dataset and press release from Ministry of National Defense, analyzing the number of reports and discussing situation, explaining the positive and negative feedback by online news media and social media network users, analyzing the communication strategy by armed forces via LDA topic modeling during Hualien Earthquake (Feb 6) and Flood in southern Taiwan (Aug 23), two natural disasters in 2018.  The findings discovered that, first, the proportion of reply from social media network users are much more than main body, must put emphasis on operating social media network platform. Second, the type of human care strategy earned much more positive feedback during disaster rescue, softened story during disaster rescue is the best policy. Third, the inspired issue could reverse the negative feedback, it good for the public affairs officers of armed forces to apply.  The study concluded three recommendations of the disaster rescue communication strategy for armed forces, first, operating social media network platform in multiple ways.
