The individual will certainly move in the direction of the expectations of the "military" after experiencing this process. This is because the individual has unconsciously appeared “Soldiery role characteristics" during the process of conforming to the norms. In order to understand the shaping process of "Soldiery role characteristics", the researcher used in-depth interview to learn about their military experience and ideas from eight active military officers who graduated from military academies, and found their changes before and after joining the military. We have scrutinized the soldiery role characteristics that were formed after experiencing military socialization and five stages: "The years when we were being hazed together", "The painful period", "Into the frame", "Level improvement “and” The birth of military spirit." Also, the adaptability in the army is divided into four conditions: "I, who is into the play", "I, who is on the stage", "I, who is not good at acting" and "I, who don't want to perform". Finally, the soldiery role characteristics and the adaptability of the individual are discussed in a comprehensive manner to form the results of this study.
