In the era of Internet development, social engineering and web phishing incidents are emerging one after another. In the past, research focused on what email topics would trigger user clicks, such as: travel, computer,communication and consumer electronics, maintenance, etc., or explore the internal factors of users and the psychological and information security literacy and information security training attracted by social engineering, and explore the inducing factors.
This study is for title of social engineering webpage advertisements and email advertisements, and explores attractive advertisement titles, and discusses the prevention measures in ISO27001. From the literature, we have summarized "things of concern", "advertising using marketing slogans", "advertising with color captions", "advertising with images", "attraction", "attention", "clicking will" and so on. Discussion on the facet. The study found that the "things of concern" are positively related to "attraction" and "advertising using marketing slogans" are positively related to “attraction” and “attention”. "advertising with color captions" are positively related to "attraction". "advertising with images" are positively related to “attention”. "attraction" are positively related to "clicking will". "attention " are positively related to "clicking will".
From the above results, if the advertisements of webpage and email including "things of concern", "advertising using marketing slogans", "advertising with color captions", "advertising with images" may all be used to enhance of user clicks. Be alert of these situations could avoiding the trap of social engineering.
