With the change of the lending model and the rise of financial technology, the way of judging credit in the past is also facing problems. Therefore, how to strengthen and improve the existing credit rating is an important topic. This study will explore how social networking data can be used to help improve existing credit ratings. Using Facebook as a source of information , and using the CART decision tree to analyze user social networking data,then compare the results with other credit ratings.
The study found that, those who have the preferred credit rating, also have a common characteristic in social networking, while using social networking data may complement the insufficient of existing credit rating model. Research results can be used as addition to the existing credit rating, etc., to assist another way, it can be used to strengthen the lender for the risk assessment of the debtor, the funding flexibility is in favor of the interest on the loan, and improve the efficiency of the overall lending.
