Under the development of economic globalization and liberalization, enterprises form an intensive and complex supply chain network. However, the difficulty of financing affects the development of enterprises and also affects the competitiveness of supply chains. Supply chain finance, as a cross-application of supply chain management and finance management, provides a better financing channel for SMEs. Nowadays, supply chain finance in China has diversified service and various provider, in contrast, Taiwan has only few banks and enterprises planning to develop or have already developed supply chain finance, but overall are still in the early stages. Therefore, by using case study, this research collects and organizes information from opened-platform and found that there are some common features during the development, including customer developing, platform construction, internet and technology application also the fund operation
