Internet banking indicates that banks develop visual banking system to provide traditional banking service though internet so that customers no longer go to physical banks. In recent years, local banks have promoted banking system exclusively for enterprises to differentiate from personal banking system under the regulation of Taiwanese government. The banking system for enterprise was engaged to provide better banking service for the use of enterprises. This study focusing on enterprise banking aims to exam the current situation of usage and further identifies influences and changes before and after implementing enterprise banking. The study interviewed 6 interviewee regarding to management, financial and accounting department in small enterprises. The interviewed questions are based on experience of usage and impact to the internal working procedure in companies themselves. The discussion was addressed by four dimensions in Diamond Model. According to Diamond Model, the study finally concluded 5 dimensions of characteristic, task, agent, structure, and technology had interacting influence and change within the organization. In task, online banking system brings financial and accounting changes on balance checking and payment. Online transfer has replaced paper transfer more often. However, some tasks still process as old traditional way such as paper check or currency exchange in accordance with needs of customers and clients. Also, managers or owners of family-owned business have more possibilities in operating online banking system. On the other hand, those who do not participate in online banking operation have low perception and acceptance of new technology and most likely to have security concern toward online banking system. From above, perception and acceptance of new technology, current operation of online banking and security concern were confirmed influence in agent dimension. In structure, online banking has impacted the hierarchical structure drastically within organizations. The most significant change is on decrease of internal working procedures such as paper writing, stamping, and traveling to physical banks to achieve the objection of saving time and man power. In technology, the concerned problems are operating function such as failure input of Chinese characteristics, and integration of personal and enterprising online banking system. Another problem is stability and security of banking system including breakdown due to busy traffic of transition. Others are on the integration of internal accounting system or ERP and enterprise banking system. The study conducts case interviews to better understand the current situation and recommendation on decision making for banks and other stakeholders in the future.
