The pretreated vegetable samples were extracted with deionized water, heated for 30 minutes at 50℃. The supernatant was taken and filtered through a filter membrane.Adding 50 and 200 ppm standard solution to vegetable samples for recovery test, the R2 is greater than 0.9999, the recovery rate of adding 50 ppm standard solution in vegetable samples is 89.76%~100.93%, and the recovery rate of adding 200 ppm standard solution is 83.24%~100.04%, the precision and accuracy of intra-day are NO2-: 0.06%~3.39%/99.02%~105.50%, NO3-:0.08%~2.52%/89.66%~102.69%, and the inter-day precision and accuracy are NO2-:0.12% ~1.92%/99.30%~104.33%, NO3-:0.13%~3.69%/94.00%~102.33% . The applicability of this developed method was demonstrated by analyzing the occurrence of nitrite and nitrate in broccoli, bean sprouts, potato leaves, cabbage shallot and green beans.
