It foresees the breakthroughs of the E-commerce platform will bring to the relationship between manufacturers and customers in the early stage. Ta-Chenheaded into the field of E-commerce, to combinethe virtual and physical channel to transform the traditional negotiation and order mode through telephone and business contact, and the product information, ordering method and delivery situation are all operated on the official network platform. Moreover, all purchases must be carried out through the platform. So the price is open and transparent, the information is clear, and the most timely information between the company and customers is provided for the mastery of product logistics and distribution. Through the help of the network platform and information system, the cost of personnel operations has also been greatly reduced. Through aggressive mergers and acquisitions of homogenous industries, Ta-Chen International, Inc. had greatly expanded its channel scale, and its product offerings have increased from the early 15,000 to 65,000. The E-commerce platform provides 24-hour service, and is delivered in 24-hour. The One-Step Shopping service had fully satisfied the request and conveniences of customers .Also let it became to the world's largest hexagonal hole alloy steel screw distributor, and the largest distributor of stainless steel products and industrial products in the United States, with the title fromthe 7-11 of steel industry's is deserved. Therefore, this study sets out the “Differences between the old and new value activities of the Ta-Chen International, Inc.” and “Analyze the benefits of the value innovation of the Ta-Chen International, Inc. through the blue ocean strategy.” Two research topics. First, the research found that Ta-Chen International, Inc. is leading the industry, transforming the sales model from manual to E-commerce platform, and publicly displaying the original information opaque product information, product price, inventory quantity and logistics on the official website. And shorten the original rigid business time and negotiation methodsbecome to 24 hours.No matter anytime, anywhere, you can get clear information through the company's official network platform, and purchase orders. Customers can also be authorized, to real-time tracking of the delivery and distribution of purchased itemson its official website. Compared to the original and other business models, Ta-Chen International, Inc.not only gives customers more operational convenience, information transparency and trust, but also the right to take the initiative to master the process of obtaining products. Second, the research also found, beside the Ta-Chen International, Inc. its original stainless steel products manufacturing, it has expanded the production capacity of aluminum coils and metal fasteners through mergers and acquisitions, and greatly increased the scale of the passages, and established irreplaceable stainless steel, aluminum sheets and buckles market. The channel not only provides the sales request of its own products, but also provides domestic and foreign peers to participate and create a win-win situation to sharebenefit. Ta-Chen International, Inc. is not a pure stainless steel production plant, but a resource integrator. Its business scope ranges from stainless steel pipe manufacturing to aluminum plate manufacturing, as well as metal fastener and hand tool products.
