That’s how to design products that meet the market demand for the development of industrial inverter products. Making the products competitive in the market and satisfying the needs of customers and consumers, The products of the market elements make the company profitable in order to survive and grow. This study collects customer voices (Voice of Customer Voices) through marketing conferences at the distribution conference and using Kano 2-D quality model to explore the customer's inner needs and then integrates with the development team to implement Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Identify the market elements of the products that transform the market elements into the development direction of design and engineering. And carry out the quality function to ensure that the market elements are listed as important considerations for product development at all stages of planning, design, process and production. Identify the best practices and control development costs so that communication between departments is fully focused. The results show that systematic decision-making of quality functions can shorten development time and improve efficiency and solving the problem of effectively improving the lack of previous generation products, analyzing the differences between products and competing products than finding out the key to market entry. The communication and sales feedback cross-validated the market elements that won the award in the 2016 Global IF Product Design Competition Industrial Supplies Competition which made the products get a good publicity effect in the sales process and obtained the affirmation and orders from the industry and international customers. Therefore, the market element is to establish the direction of product design and development and thinking about each link in the market, still rely on the experience of the development of technical teams that through the development process with consensus and focus can improve the overall efficiency.
