This paper takes the 2014-2016 Taiwan listed (cabinet) company and the complete company of the data as the research object to explore whether the female high-level managers will affect the corporate social responsibility performance. Refer to the "Corporate Citizenship Award" survey published annually by the Taiwan Economic New Press (TEJ) and the credible "World Magazine". The gender of each company manager is judged on a case-by-case basis, and it is expected that the company will have a good corporate social responsibility performance due to the participation of female senior managers. A total of 304 samples, 101 companies. The empirical results show that female high-level managers have a significant positive correlation with corporate social responsibility in enterprises with high corporate social responsibility evaluation, showing women's delicate and gentle characteristics, mainly in the disclosure of social responsibility evaluation information and fulfilling corporate social responsibility.
