This study analyzes the actual operation status of the case company, through the stage of the inventory concept map, the inventory of each stage is used as the basis for the evaluation. It can be divided into raw material inventory, recycled finished goods inventory, and raw material inventory. Based on the concept of stock flow, the staged supply rate becomes the shared risk of inventory at each stage. In order to achieve the expected efficiency of supply rate, manufacturing rate, shipping rate, control of the effectiveness of production efficiency, and the supply capacity of its upstream stocks need to be optimized to achieve a balance between supply and demand.
