Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 企業實務管理數位碩士在職專班 === 107 === By this study to understand the financial practitioners of job insecurity feeling, work pressure produced by the staff low work engagement consequences for individuals and organizations have a negative impact, and understand the financial practitioners of proactive personality between employee job insecurity and work engagement regulating effect. In this study, the "job insecurity scale", "job engagement scale" and "proactive personality scale" were used as the research tools, and the SPSS statistical analysis software was used for data analysis. 565 questionnaires were distributed, 540 were effectively recovered, and the effective sample recovery rate was 95.5%. The results show that: (1) there is a significant negative correlation between job insecurity and job engagement of financial workers; (2) there is a significant positive correlation between the proactive personality of financial practitioners and the work engagement; (3) the proactive personality of financial practitioners could not adjust the negative impact of job insecurity on job engagement. Finally, the research results are discussed in depth, and the contributions and Suggestions are provided for financial industry and academia to references。
