Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 都市計劃與開發管理學系 === 107 === The global cloud computing industry has grown rapidly in the past decade, gradually affecting the development of the overall information industry and bringing huge business opportunities. Taiwan has followed the wave of global development of the cloud computing industry and drawn up relevant policies to drive the development of the cloud computing industry. However, in the process of rapid development of the cloud computing industry, it faces the problem that the demand for industrial land and the supply land for manufacturers cannot be matched. Therefore, this study cuts through the perspective of the industry and explores the land use requirements of the cloud computing industry to provide reference for government agencies to plan industrial parks in the future and formulate relevant investment promotion strategies. Through the literature review, this study explores the criteria for the industry to consider when selecting sites based on location theory, industrial cluster theory and agglomeration economic theories, and through the research conducted by scholars, The factor of the address. After deciding the location factors of the cloud computing industry, the fuzzy Delphi method is used as the analysis method, and the expert and scholar questionnaires are designed. The questionnaires are distributed the cloud computing industry and academic experts and scholars, who asked to assess the factors for the cloud computing industry. The degree of influence is scored and the factors affecting the location of the cloud computing industry are obtained. The final selection of the cloud industry's site selection contains four levels with 22 in total factors. After analysis, the paper summarizes and summarizes the reasons for each factor being removed and retained. The study found that factors affecting the location of the industry, the results show whether the location is located in disaster-sensitive areas, government policy support or not, tax environment, high-tech labor resources, communication networks, related industry chains, research and development cooperation mechanisms and support Sex industries are the influencing factors of the higher average consensus of experts. It is expected that the factors selected in this study can be provided to the government. Departmental reference to facilitate the development of strategies for planning cloud computing industry zones in the future.
