This study is based on the case study method and advocates the concept of "art as therapy". Art treatment for a third-grade primary school girl, once a week, 50 minutes each time, a total of 12 times, the treatment process is carried out in a free-painting manner, and after the completion of the case, the child's connection to the painting content and emotions. Discussion, this study reflects after each treatment, and organizes the history of the interview, the researcher's thoughts and the image of the work become the research results. During the course of the study, the whole process was recorded and collected by video recording, and the data was observed to change or influence the case during the research. According to the research results, the study has the following conclusions: 1.Art therapy helps children develop their emotional expression and emotional venting ability. 2.The history of art therapy can help children change their self-concepts positively. 3.Art therapy can help children detect changes in frustration tolerance, but this study has not been able to help improve. 4.Art therapy can enhance a child's sense of control and motivation to try new things.
