Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 心理輔導學系 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of short-term mindfulness intervention on athletes emotional regulation and air rifle competition performance, and to explore the effects of different time intervention effects. 60 womens air rifle players were random assigned to the pre-competition mindfulness training group, the "in-game mindfulness training group" and the "pre-match control group". And the following procedure is as follows: 1.Three groups performed different treatments, respectively; 2.The participants were asked to complete the mindfulness checklist and Situational Anxiety Scale. The results show: 1.The pre-competition and in-game mindfulness training group was significantly higher than the control group in the degree of mindfulness performance; 2.The pre-competition and in-game mindfulness training group on anxiety was significantly higher than the control group; 3. The pre-competition and in-game mindfulness training group in the shooting performance was significantly higher than the control group; 4.The intervention effect of the pre-competition mindfulness training group is better than the in-game mindfulness training group. In summary, the shooter can significantly improve mindfulness and reduce the effect of situational anxiety after short-term mindfulness training intervention. And after the intervention before the game, the performance of the shooting competition is better. Therefore, this study supports the effectiveness of short-term mindfulness intervention. In the future, the short-term mindfulness of this study can be applied to the training of the shooters, and effectively improving the performance of the shooters.
