Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 化學工程與材料工程學系奈米材料碩士班 === 107 === This study focuses on quantitative risk assessment in the Industrial Park, using SAFETI quantitative risk analysis software, some of which we need to consider: Regional population data, plant and operational toxic chemical sins data, regional atmospheric conditions. In this study, the regional population data are mainly provided by the District Public Offices; Factories and operational toxic chemical substances data, mainly by the Environmental incidents specialist team of the northern area survey and statistics; Regional atmospheric conditions refer to data obtained by the climate statistics of the Central Weather Bureau, MOTC. The receiver then organizes the above data into the required parameters. After finishing, quantitative risk assessment was carried out at meteorological temperature of 29.34°C, pressure 1001.62hPa, humidity 75.16%, wind speed of 1.85m/s and atmospheric stability D, and reference was made to the permissible concentration of toxic chemicals, individual risks and social risks pointer.
It was found that some factories in industrial areas due to toxic chemicals, respectively, B2(hydrazine), F3-7(hydrazine), F5(formaldehyde), H2(acrylonitrile), K1(acrylonitrile), M3-1(formaldehyde) and M3-2(formaldehyde), In the event of a accidental spill disaster, the scope of the damage will spread beyond the industrial zone, will have very serious consequences for people and the environment around them, if the risk of harm is to reduce, it is necessary to regulate the toxic chemicals that operate these plants and make them less hazardous. The personal and social risk values of Industrial Park sparing the acceptable risk range.
