In this study, we took the "intention to draw the method" as the main research method, and 450 of the questions were developed by the members of the food and beverage service to investigate the image. The measurement tools used in this study include: "Basic Materials", "body image scale" and "job scores effect scale". The data obtained were analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, single sample t-test, post-fee comparison, Pearson correlation and multiple regression. The main findings are as follows: A、The overall "body image" of Restaurant Employees in Taipei is more positive and satisfactory: 1. On the overall "body image" level, the higher the age, the less satisfied the overall "body image" is. 2. On the level of "evaluation and ideas of external appearance" and "the degree of emphasis on external appearance", "part-time job is more positive and more satisfactory than "full-time". 3. The higher the "working years", the less satisfied the overall "body image" is. B、The overall "job scores effect" of food and beverage service staff in Taipei is more positive and satisfactory: 1. At the "work performance" level, the higher the age, the more satisfied the overall "work performance". 2. "Full-time" is more positive and satisfactory than "part-time" at the "thread performance" level. 3. The higher the "working years", the more satisfied the overall "work performance". C、The better the "work performance" of the food and beverage service staff in Taipei, the more satisfied the "body image". According to the results of this study, it is recommended that full-time staff should pay more attention to their body image in order to improve their job scores effect. In the company's human education and training, it is recommended to increase the food and beverage professional refresher course to provide part-time staff to make their work performance better.
