The hospital's registration, medical consultation, and waiting for medicine waiting time directly affect the quality of medical services. The waiting time for medical treatment has become the price paid for medical services. This study explored the correlation between perceived waiting time, service quality, satisfaction and loyalty. In this study, patients who were waiting for hospital visits were included in the study. The number of valid questionnaires was 214, which was analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software. The empirical results show that the waiting time for patients to perceive the treatment is longer than the waiting time for medication. The long waiting time for perceptual treatment affects the service quality. The quality of service positively affects satisfaction and loyalty. Satisfaction positively affects loyalty. Finally, Put forward management implications and recommendations as a reference for improving the quality of service in outpatient and pharmacy clinics.
