When an abnormality is encountered, the processing environment and parameters cannot be adjusted immediately. In order to solve the above problems, this study will develop a nut thread inspection machine that can collect the torque and position detected by the torque sensor and position sensor. The machine converts original nut geometry measurement into torque measurements by modeling artificial detection mode as well as matching mechanism and the tapered nut gauge. Because of convert from manual inspection to automated inspection, the detection action can be quantified. In the past, the management of the nut process was difficult. Therefore, this study establishes an information system to integrate the information between the machines. Through with establishing the information page and the cloud database, the machines will communicate with each other. When an abnormality is detected, it can be fed back to the processing machine for control. The nut grading grade is divided into three grades. The high-grade nuts torque is concentrated through the cone-shaped nut gauge, the torque, the position sensor and turned shallow nut. The low-grade nuts distribution is dispersed and the striate turns are deep with the JIS geometry specification. Through with constructing the information system, the measured torque and position are transmitted to the system, and the nut grade should be discriminated completely.
