The experiment is based on NPB and Alq3 materials to compare the voltage and current characteristics of the experiment and simulation. The component structure is: ITO/NPB/Alq3/LiF/Al, by change the NPB and Alq3 thickness experiments to compare the difference between the numerical results of the formula simulation; calculating the difference between the simulated ICLC injection charge limiting current and the actual experimental characteristic curve, and simulating the SCLC space charge limiting current and experiment The difference in characteristics is explored by experiments and simulations. Since it takes a lot of time and material resources to do a complete process experiment, if you can know the voltage and current characteristics poorly in the simulation, you can avoid waste in advance and save a lot of time.
