By doping different materials making conductivity and surface of the film is better and smoothness, thereby improving the perovskite solar cell efficiency.   The experimental perovskite solar structure is Glass / ITO / PEDOT:PSS / MAPbI3 / PCBM / Ag, and ethylene glycol, glycerol (C3H5(OH)3), tetrahydrofuran(THF) and Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) are added to PEDOT:PSS, were used to investigate the effect of PEDOT:PSS on the efficiency of perovskite solar cells at different annealing temperatures and doping concentrations.   Finally, the element doped with 3 wt% THF has better characteristics. It increases of conductivity and decreases resistivity of PEDOT:PSS effective. In addition, it has little effect on the surface of thin films and has a smooth contact surface with perovskite layer, which improves the current characteristics. The best current density is 21.9mA, and the efficiency is 7.77%. Compared with undoped components, the efficiency is increased by 44%.
