The active layer of perovskite will be fixed with CH3NH3PbI3 material, and the electron and hole transport layers will be changed one by one, and the most suitable structural layer will be found. In this paper, the two materials PbI2 and MAI are directly mixed into CH3NH3PbI3 and coated by two-step coating method to form a film. The data are compared with each other to find out the best efficiency. Repeated research has found that the ITO/PEDOT/perovskite /PCBM/Ag structure with the highest efficiency of 5.1% is the best.
