This paper aims to identified factors affecting supply chain 4.0 performance in Thailand’s industry by using AHP method. Based on the analysis of reviewed papers, a total number of 5 main factors affecting supply chain performance have been identified: “buyer-supplier relationships”, “environment”, “value-added processes”, “business management”, and “information technology”. An AHP model is developed to prioritize factors affecting supply chain 4.0. Data are collected from two fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry companies in Thailand. The result of this study reveals that the priorities of main factors for the supply chain 4.0 performance are: “information technology” (0.440), “business management” (0.233), and “buyer-supplier relationships” (0.164). The result of this study can be useful for organizations that want to develop and improve their supply chain.
