Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 運動健康與休閒學系碩士在職專班 === 107 === A procedure is is to explore the relationship between the personal charisma of teachers and the healthy lifestyle of students in the health and physical education fields. The research drew from quantitative data by using questionnaires for convenient sampling as data gathering. Formal research was conducted with 410 issued questionnaires, 394 responses were collected, and valid responses were gathered in 329 of the 394 responses, the effective response rate was 83.5%. The data obtained were described by descriptive statistics, Independent Sample t-test, Spearman’s correlation and Post Hoc tests. The body mass index surveys were conducted in Kaohsiung city. According to the analysis of Body Mass Index (BMI), about 57% of the normal body position of Kaohsiung City students, the results show that the healthy lifestyle of junior students in Kaohsiung is still not enough to implement and popularize. The ratio of junior students men and women who are too light is not much different, quite close. However, it is worth noting that the ratio of overweight to obesity in male countries is higher than that in female countries, and the ratio is nearly twice as high. On the other hand, the analysis of the students' healthy living attitude and the teacher's teaching charisma shows that the students' health attitude is positively correlated with the teacher's teaching charisma. Therefore, the more the teaching teachers of the health curriculum have the teaching charisma, the more they can affect the students' healthy living behavior. Furthermore, the analysis of the teaching charm of health teachers shows that gender has no significant difference in the teaching charm of health teachers, and students have no gender difference in the charm of health teachers. The teaching fascination of health teachers varies among different grades. The ninth grade has the highest level of fascination for health teachers, the seventh grade has the lowest level of fascination for health teachers, and the eighth grade has the lowest level of fascination for health teachers. Different postures (position: too light, normal, overweight, obesity) have no significant difference in the teaching charisma of health teachers. Students have no difference in position between the charm of healthy teachers.
In general, only the grade level of the students has significant differences in the teaching charisma of the teachers. Other background variables have no difference in the teaching charisma of the teachers, indicating that different grades have different feelings for the health teachers. There is no significant difference in the attitudes of students towards the healthy life. The attitude of healthy life is related to the teaching charm of teachers, but it is not completely related. It shows that in addition to the slight influence of teachers' teaching charisma, there are other important factors. Health class If the instructor can improve his teaching skills and charisma, students will change their lifestyle and continue to maintain healthy habits to adulthood.
