碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 創意設計與建築學系碩士班 === 107 === 　　The effective planning and promotion of monument preservation and field activation become important issues and challenges for Taiwan from now on,The Kaohsiung City, which is the foundation of heavy industry development,has gradually neglected the historical context of industrial development during the development stage of post-industrial cities,It also caused industrial ruins to become factor of urban loss,The main reason is that the problems involved in the historical field are very complicated,It is not only to solve the problem of simple preservation and restoration technology. 　　The research object is based on the field of Kaohsiung Refinery, To understand the development background of the industrial site and the elements of the reuse process, it is necessary to complete the case analysis of the reuse of relevant industrial sites at both domestic and foreign, At the same time, it is possible to get different cultural experiences between the conversions of old and new, In addition, this study also applies multi-faceted analysis method of current important topics in industrial ruins, including the value analysis of the space evolution in the field, At the same time, the value analysis of the feasibility, integrity and authenticity of industrial ruins is carried out for completing phased　assessment and summary,Furthermore, another research object is applying the strategy of applicability preservation and reuse based on the data collected above, It is applicable to clarify the corresponding relationship between urban structural change and cultural asset preservation in order to explore the deeper cultural implications and the industrial heritage value of the Kaohsiung Refinery.
