In the course of the study, the current situation of the music industry tutoring classes in Datun District and the key factors in the decision-making of the selection of music skills tutoring classes in Datun District will provide practical suggestions for the future business model and innovation of Daban District Music Skills Tutors. This study adopts the questionnaire survey method, and the statistical tool is "MATLAB6.5" software, which is combined with Excel for data analysis and AHP level analysis. Questionnaires were designed according to economic considerations, psychological factors or confidence interests. A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed, 11 were invalid questionnaires, 202 were valid questionnaires, and the effective rate was 84.16%. The result showed that among the three major measurement aspects, "economic considerations" are the most influential facets, and "psychological factors" are second. The primary decision factor in music tutoring choosing are "future promotion", "project offer (individual)", "unwilling to lose at the starting point", "professional license", "discount by the performance in school".
