Among them, the rely on technology function matrix is indispensable in the industrial process. Although the technology function matrix occupies an important place, the traditional methods are too large for the professional requirements and time requirements in the process, and the investment in the technology function matrix is often costly. In recent years, due to the rise of big data, the huge amount of information has not made the situation more optimistic, and it has made the process, not completed in this moment, of technology function matrix even worse. With the breakthrough of technology and science, the number of related patents in one field often increase with the change of times. And it seems that, with the increasing number of patents, artificially designing a technology function matrix is from difficult to impossible, nowadays. This study proposes an automated generation method that is different from the existing method and does not require expert operation in the process. It is not a matter of borrowing the power of commercial patent analysis software, nor simply using the Japanese classification number or the US classification number. And in the information gathering, word generating, and analysis, the integrated operation is completed as a whole, so that a usable and reliable technology function matrix can be generated in a short time, and an industrial strategy evaluation is provided.
