population, Indonesia can bring huge business opportunities. One of the opportunities in
Indonesia right now is the plastic pellet industry. Currently, the plastic pellet industry in
Indonesia does not have enough supply to meet the current demands, and this situation makes
Indonesia import plastic from other countries to fulfill the demands. This thesis is aimed to disclose Indonesian plastic pellets industry business strategies and to improve the company to win the market. Since Indonesia is not a developed country, the role of business strategies is vital.
Company X is the representative of Indonesian plastic pellet industry. The company
offers many kinds of plastic pellets with different prices and variants. Company X is a Business-To-Business company and is located in Java. In order to win the market, the company needs to have some diversification and a new business model. The new business model will consists of franchises, guarantee availability, and loyalty programs.
