Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 建築系 === 107 === This paper aims at finding out the various factors which may influence one another, which result in the difference of the implementation of fire contingency plan between historical architectures.
A descriptive survey design was adopted to collect data by investigates six different monuments and historical buildings on a case-by-case basis, and defines the difference between the fire contingency plan and the actual situation through scoring methods, in order to fully understand how various causes, such as: cognitive differences in planning personnel, regulatory restrictions, the personality of the managers, could have influenced the implementation of fire contingency plan, and how they may increase the risk of fire hazard.
The survey concluded that: (a)the planner didn’t consider the plan’s execution difficulty, and (b)the administrator which is lack of awareness, are the two main reason why the implementation of fire contingency plans is underperformance. The study findings may serve as a guide for further research and law amendent on management of fire contingency plans for historical architectures.
