Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 醫學工程研究所 === 107 === At present, most of the methods for measuring flat feet are still subjective judgments of clinicians, or through expensive and space-consuming instruments (X-ray or imaging machine scanning methods), which consumes time and money and cannot quickly determine whether there is a flat foot. Therefore, this experiment hopes to design and develop low-cost smart foot pressure insole instruments through a simplified software and hardware design architecture. In the design, through the combination of clinical knowledge background, the relative position of the sensor relative to the insole size is defined, which provides a set of standards for the future placement of the arch region sensor, and can quickly and successfully screen the flat foot and the general foot. The purpose of this study is as follows
First, select the appropriate software and hardware architecture, from the measurement end to the receiving end, design a simplified self-made measuring foot pressure insole instrument.
Second, define the relative position of the arch sensor relative to the length of the entire insole, providing guidelines for future arch area sensor placement.
Third, through the actual case, compare the traditional foot arch index (AI) with the value of each point on the self-made insole sensing instrument to find the effective position of the foot pressure sensor.
Fourth, through the Mann-Whitney U Test without parental analysis, whether there is a significant difference between the flat foot and the general position sensor
