social problems brought about by the aging population, this study analyzes the
housing pension policy of Japan and Taiwan and compares the effectiveness of
Taiwan's banks to start the housing pension program. Demand, in-depth discussion,
through real estate mortgage, the use of "reverse mortgage" and "traditional mortgage
with wealth management goods" to create a specific case report of the effectiveness of
the exclusive self-employment plan for customers.
It is known from the case that in a low interest rate environment, whether
through reverse mortgage or traditional mortgage with wealth management goods,
real estate can be effectively activated, create monthly cash flow, solve pension and
housing problems for customers, and finally propose The recommendations and
promotion directions of policy implementation are expected to increase the
penetration rate of housing pensions, and effectively fill the gap in pensions under the
situation of the government, financial institutions and the public.
