Only by innovating and transforming can an enterprise survive, thus, Dynamic Capability Theory is becoming more popular. Besides, there have been so many scholars discussed about the positive relationship between Dynamic Entrepreneurial Capability and Unit Performance. However, the reason for this positive relationship was neglected. This study attempts to open the black box of Dynamic Entrepreneurial Capability and Unit Performance relationship by analyzing how a firm constructed Learning Organization from the Dynamic Capability perspective. The Learning Organization, Dynamic Entrepreneurial Capability and Unit Performance partially mediate effect and moderate effect of Environmental Competitiveness were discussed. Multilevel data from 288 employees, 144 managers and 72 top managers of firms in China and Taiwan was collected. Results revealed that Dynamic Entrepreneurial Capability partially mediate the relationship between Learning Organization and unit performance. Nevertheless, both moderate effects of Environmental Competitiveness were not supported.
