A foreign exchange company in Singapore was founded by Burmese businessmen in Singapore in the 1990s. It started from international trade to develop and operate Wine and foreign exchange. Early in the Yunnan-Myanmar border to carry out foreign exchange business, for the Yunnan-Myanmar border trade customer service, gradually developed into the local customer trust service unit. The daily cash flow exceeds tens of millions RMB. The company will open a remittance centre in Singapore in 2017, a branch in Hong Kong in 2018, and a company in Shenzhen, China, in 2019 to further expand its scale and speed up its development. The case enterprise has explored and developed its own mode in operation, and has made considerable progress. Its business model, category selection, customer relation, market strategy, internal management, family inheritance has its own unique, quite valuable research and reference.
This research adopts case study method, taking case company as the research object. This paper explores how the case company makes appropriate business strategy, analyzes and executes the case study by using core competitiveness to pursue the value of business growth and business objectives.
The conclusions are as follows:
The starting point of the selected project determines the market positioning of the enterprise; Singapore's national economy and policies help enterprises to develop and innovate; and Singapore, as an international financial center, has great advantages in developing finance. Since the case of international trade - liquor business - foreign exchange finance, the projects complement each other and form a system, linking and supporting each other, and can promote each other.
