Directive and the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) which are well known in the European Union. This has a great impact on the manufacturing of products in the electronics industry, because it restricts its products can’t contain relevant hazardous chemical substances, forcing its industry to break the past product specifications and newly increase the requirements of environmental specifications.
Therefore, it is required to optimize the management of the overall hazardous chemical substances in the whole process of product design, material procurement, product manufacturing, product sales, and recycling in the process of industrial supply chain management,and integrate into the company''s business policy. When developing a management method of hazardous chemical substances, the developer usually needs to take into account many aspects, so that the entire enterprise and supplier can meet the requirements in the supply chain.
In this research, we will make an analysis and discussion on the formulation of management methods for hazardous chemical substances in the electronic industry. We will analyze the factors, criteria and emphasis of the industry on the formulation of management methods for hazardous chemical substances. Therefore, the research method is to use the analytic hierarchy process to establish a hierarchical structure, and ask the relevant workers of the industry to fill in the questionnaire, and use Power Choice and Expert Choice and Excel to analyze the questionnaire. In addition to estimate the factors and criteria, the last level is the comparison of feasible schemes, which can understand the overall management trend, and then submit research reports,conclusions and suggestions for the above analysis data.
