This study uses WordPress online collaborative dialogue materials as an analysis object and establishes three prediction models: The first part classifier for personality traits; The second part classifier the for meeting emotion; The third part classifier for post-meeting user satisfaction. The results show that: (1) Leaders'' personality traits in Social Interaction biased toward Introvert leaders will bring high post-meeting satisfaction to the team. Leaders who favor Extrovert''s personality traits will be relatively less satisfied. (2) The happy mood in the meeting is influenced by the Social Interaction and Information Gathering of the leader''s personality traits. (3) Only happiness and sadness have a significant correlation with the user satisfaction after the meeting, and hate and angry There was no significant relationship between user satisfaction after the meeting. Finally, we discuss whether the emotions of the meeting affect the meeting in the form of mediation variables, and make recommendations based on the research results. When setting up the project team, in addition to considering the technical ability of the members, we also need to consider the influence of the leader''s personality traits on the team. 陳鴻基 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 59 zh-TW
